Everyone bakes

With our bread baking mix, you can bake your own bread in no time. Simply add yeast and salt to this multigrain mix.

This mix includes wheat, barley, rye, flaxseed, oats, sunflower seeds, corn, soy, millet, and buckwheat. A combination that gives your bread a rich, complex flavor. One package makes about three loaves of bread.

Deliciously local

Did you know this mix comes straight from a Belgian miller? Pit&Pit collaborates with a family-run business that has built expertise over four generations and consciously chooses local ingredients.

What makes a good loaf of bread?

Our bread mixes are made with carefully balanced ingredients. Before starting, let the mix come to room temperature, especially if it’s been stored in a cool area. Also, use lukewarm water for best results.

Small adjustments to the water quantity can make a big difference. Adding more water allows the bread to rise better and creates a softer loaf. Be sure to stick to the maximum amount indicated in the instructions. If the dough doesn’t rise as expected, try adding a small teaspoon of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to the flour.

Once baked, let the bread cool on a rack to prevent it from becoming sticky. The result of our multigrain mix is a hearty, compact loaf with a full flavor.
