Our rice flakes or made from steamed and rolled grains of brown rice. We only use organic rice for these flakes. They are naturally gluten-free. We do not add sugar, salt or oil. These flakes are ready to use.
Rice flakes are versatile and can be used in all types of recipes. For a quick breakfast, combine the flakes with milk or yoghurt in a bowl. Cook in water or milk for a delicious porridge. Use rice flakes in bread, pancakes and biscuits. Also for thickening soups and mashed potatoes.
